## MyHommie — Shipping Policy

At MyHommie, we strive to deliver your orders as quickly and safely as possible. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
### 1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
*Note: If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.*
### 2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer competitive shipping rates across Pakistan. Your shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout:
* **Standard Shipping:** Estimated delivery time is 3 to 5 business days after dispatch.
* **Free Shipping:** We offer Free Shipping on orders above a specific promotional threshold (if applicable at checkout).
### 3. Cash on Delivery (COD) & Pre-paid Orders
* We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) all over Pakistan for your convenience. Please ensure the exact amount is ready upon delivery.
* We also accept secure pre-paid payment methods (Bank Transfer / Wallets) if preferred.
### 4. Shipment Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation message or email containing your Tracking Number and a link to the courier partner's tracking portal. You can use this number to track your package in real-time.
### 5. Delivery Attempts & Unclaimed Packages
Our courier partners will make up to 2 to 3 attempts to deliver your package. If you are unavailable or do not answer the courier's calls, the package will be returned to our warehouse.
Please double-check your shipping address and contact number before placing an order to avoid delivery failures.
### 6. Damages & Incorrect Addresses
MyHommie is not liable for any products damaged or lost during transit if an incorrect or incomplete delivery address was provided by the customer during checkout.
If your package arrives physically damaged by the courier company, please take photos immediately and contact our support team within 24 hours so we can assist you with a replacement.
### 7. International Shipping
Currently, MyHommie only ships within Pakistan. We do not offer international shipping at this moment.
